Hello GDUI,
It has been a real privilege to chair the first Nominating Committee working under GDUI's new and exciting full membership voting process. I want to thank Jennifer Holladay and Nancy Trzcinski for serving with me on this committee of historic importance to GDUI.
For this year, our slate of officers is running unopposed. The GDUI Nominating Committee brings forward:
President, Becky Barnes
First Vice President, Becky Floyd
Second Vice President, Donna Permar
Secretary, Rebecca Kragnes
Treasurer, Jane Sheehan
There are four Board seats to be filled at this time. They are currently held by Audrey Gunter; Jennifer Holladay; and Jeff Lukacsena. The fourth seat on the Board is currently being filled by Rebecca Kragnes who has left the seat with two years remaining in the term, to serve as GDUI's Secretary. As a result, you are instructed to vote for four candidates to serve in these Board positions. The individual receiving the fourth largest number of votes will serve out the two years of Rebecca Kragnes's term.
Seven candidates seek your votes to fill these Board seats. Each candidate is a GDUI member in good standing and is eligible to run for a Board seat at this time. The candidates are:

The Nominating Committee brings forward the following slate for your consideration to fill the four GDUI Board positions. They are:
Please remember that you are invited to vote for any four of the six candidates for GDUI Board seats.
On Monday, April 28, at 9:00pm (EDT), the Nominating Committee will host a Candidates' Forum via telephone. The Candidates' Forum will begin promptly at 9:00pm (EDT) and will conclude at 10:00pm (EDT). Each candidate will be invited to give a short statement and then the floor will be open to GDUI members to post questions to all Officer and Board candidates.

Full membership voting by telephone will begin on Sunday, May 4 and will conclude on Sunday, May 11. To cast your vote, call 1-866-548-8160.
